Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for the Full Time PM shift (2:30pm–11pm) with a rotating schedule. You will provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community, assisting residents with daily activities and fostering comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Able to use company-issued electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village operations.
• Offers contingent upon post-offer screenings (background check, drug screen, physical, TB testing).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned seniors.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities with safety in mind.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory standards.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in interactions.
