Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for the Los Angeles area. You will provide hands-on care to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting daily activities and building meaningful relationships. Ideal candidates may have prior caregiver or CNA experience. A CNA license is not required; all levels of caregiving passion and experience are welcome.

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team‑oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career of senior living and healthcare.
