Kauhale Heritage Woods in Mobile, AL is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our memory care and assisted living community. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure safety and comfort in a warm, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in long-term care or assisted living, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living.

• Ability to handle daily challenges with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and activities of daily living.
• Follows the schedule of resident needs set out by supervisor.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Documents daily logs of assistance.
• Respects residents’ confidentiality and maintains safety.
• Attends trainings, in-service, and staff meetings.
