Job summary

Allure of Zion is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support resident living areas with thorough cleaning and sanitation. The role includes cleaning apartments, bathrooms, and common spaces, while ensuring high standards of safety and privacy.

Responsibilities include laundry support, assisting with resident services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to work rotating weekends on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping and cleaning duties is preferred.
• Familiarity with infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Ability to work as part of a team across departments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas according to schedules.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash and replace liners in resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and employee areas.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Respond courteously to resident requests and report concerns.
• Work cooperatively with all departments to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately.
• Participate in required training and staff meetings.
• Wear appropriate uniform and name badge during shifts.
