Job summary

Honor Credit Union in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a full-time Teller to assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions. You will uphold cash handling standards and maintain confidentiality while delivering friendly service.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, build relationships with members, and support branch growth through referrals. A high school diploma and cash handling or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders and other requests.
• Maintain cash and confidential information security while balancing daily transactions.
• Actively engage members to identify financial needs and provide effective solutions.
• Support branch growth by achieving referral goals and delivering prompt service.
• Ensure members are promptly and professionally served.
