  • Position: Medical Receptionist
  • Location: Medical Arts Pavilion, 5 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro, NJ
  • Department: PMPH Specialist Staff
  • Hours: Full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, manage appointments, answer phones, and handle patient records and billing processes.
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and coordinate referrals and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of billing requirements and ensure timely updating of medical records.
Qualifications
  • Required: H.S. Diploma/GED, 2 years of medical receptionist experience, knowledge of medical terminology and office operations.
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree or coding certification.
