Job summary

IVI America is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Lone Tree, CO team. This full-time role offers hands-on clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting, working closely with physicians to support patient care from pre-visit through post-procedure

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:15 PM with one weekend per month. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented and eager to provide exceptional patient support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.
