Job summary

IVI-RMA North America is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Lone Tree, CO team. This full-time position supports physicians and patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with room setup, specimen collection, and patient comfort during procedures.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–4:15 PM, with one weekend per month. Prior phlebotomy and EMR experience are preferred; CMA program completion is desired.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms.
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures.
• Perform specimen collection and processing.
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked.
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.
