Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures.
- Ensure compliance with established protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
