AirClean Systems in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to perform mechanical assembly duties for all products, ensuring correct and safe assembly for delivery to customers and distributors.

You will read work orders and drawings, use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to assemble and inspect parts, following specifications. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position with first or second shift options.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two Year Trade/Technical School Degree or military certification, or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to read specs and work orders.
• Experience with measuring and using basic gauges is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble products at a work station using hand and power tools.
• Read orders and drawings, and interpret assembly instructions.
• Identify and read values of mechanical components and parts.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly prints.
• Perform in-process inspections and verify conformance to specs.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed.
• Work in a warehouse environment and follow safety guidelines.
