Full Time Mechanic & Maintenance Technician

About the role

• ParTee Shack is on the lookout for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our team at our Greensboro location! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing go-karts , as well as performing facility maintenance on mini golf obstacles and arcade attractions to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role vital to keeping the parTee Shack experience save, fun, and unforgettable. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for fixing things, we’d love to meet you.

Location: Greensboro, NC
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week
Pay Rate:Pay based on experience
Pay Schedule: Weekly, every Friday
Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older
Availability: Must be available to work weekends

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on go-karts and small engines
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues with equipment
• Maintain and repair arcade attractions as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair arcade attractions as needed
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and in compliance with safety protocols
• Deliver outstanding customer service when interacting with guests and teammates
• Assist with general facility upkeep and maintenance(lights, plumbing, surfaces, etc)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical repair or general maintenance required
• HVAC or small engine repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea m
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
