Job summary

IHOP Canutillo is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty to lead our restaurant team, ensure smooth dining experiences, and uphold the IHOP standard of quality.

You will assign tasks, create schedules, train staff, monitor back-of-house operations, and resolve guest issues while maintaining accurate cash receipts and sales reports.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $12.00–$15.00 and health insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform the necessary physical duties.
• Great people skills and ability to solve problems.
• Relevant experience or training would be preferred but isn’t required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Our Manager on Duty oversees our food service team to ensure meals are prepared to standard and guests are satisfied.
• Set the team up for success by efficiently assigning tasks, creating schedules, and training employees on best practices.
• Maintain quality control on the back end, ensure equipment functions, check portion sizes and food quality, and review cash receipts and sales reports.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
