Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and independent individual to join our production maintenance team at our Essert location as a Maintenance Technician.

Contract type: Permanent

• Carry out preventive and corrective industrial maintenance on process equipment
• Carry out general building maintenance (automatic doors, loading bays)
• Monitor the proper functioning of the various systems (refrigeration, water, air)
• Carry out maintenance and servicing of the wastewater treatment plant. Treatment of process water
• Assist external contractors during their work
• Update the CMMS

What you bring with you

• Holder of a CFC in industrial maintenance or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland (BTS / BAC Pro)
• At least 3 years’ proven experience in industrial maintenance
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and pneumatics is required
• Proactive in proposing technical improvements to the machinery fleet
• Flexible, available and able to work independently
• Well-organised and solution-oriented
• Good ability to work as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and practice-focused
• Good command of French
• Good knowledge of English (German would be an advantage)
