Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Basic technology literacy (smartphone/computer).
• Organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems for health and safety.
• Maintain and install systems (replace bulbs/sockets, repair circuit breakers, change filters), assist with setup and repairs, maintain heating/plumbing.
• Navigate smartphone and electronic work orders.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire/protection) and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows) as needed.
• Willing to perform painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal.
• Lift up to 90 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
