The Exchange at Spring Hill Station in Tysons, VA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on keeping electrical and mechanical systems functional and addressing repairs promptly to ensure residents live in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, plumbing, tile work, drywall, electrical repairs, and occasional HVAC/refrigeration tasks. Licensed drivers and HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle.
• EPA Freon Recovery certificate and HVAC certificate.

Responsibilities

• Abide by Fair Housing Laws.
• Respond to residents’ service calls and complete plumbing, tile, drywall, and electrical repairs.
• Assist with HVAC and refrigeration repairs; key cutting; trash and lawn care.
