Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for North Hills, CA. You will perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, respond to work orders, and help maintain building systems to preserve property value.

Flexibility for varied hours and weekend shifts is required. Requires at least 1 year of related experience, background/physical/drug screening, and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.

• Document repairs and duties performed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building mechanical processes.

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management; we are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
