Thank you for your interest in Anza Management. We are looking for a full-time Floater Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance to preserve quality and value in the property. They support maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:
  • Days/Hours will vary based on property location, and weekend availability is required.
  • This is a floater position covering several properties within the same mile radius.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
  • Subject to Background/Physical/Drug Screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs.
  • Handle repairs on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
  • Paint interior of apartments and address safety issues.
  • Document repairs and duties performed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Report building malfunctions to appropriate authorities.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations.

Drive to different locations as needed.
