Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily work assignments and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain grounds, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Replace light bulbs and clean windows as directed.
• Assist with heating and cooling system service per procedures.
• Keep tools and work areas organized and safe.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to minimize disruptions.
