Holy Family Parish & School in Stow, OH is seeking a dependable Full-Time Custodian to clean, maintain and care for parish buildings and grounds. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and requires flexible weekend availability and the ability to perform light maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and painting as needed.

Responsibilities include event setup, snow removal, moving furniture, and assisting with grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years custodial/maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Dependable and service-oriented; able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible availability for on-call weekends.
• Background check clearance required and VIRTUS training.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial duties throughout church, school and parish facilities.
• Assist the Director of Facilities with general maintenance and repair projects.
• Set up and take down rooms for parish events, meetings and functions.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and entrances as needed.
• Move furniture, equipment, tables and chairs to support parish activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs.
• Light maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting as needed.
• Help maintain parish grounds through landscaping and seasonal maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastor or Director of Facilities.
