Status: Non-exempt (hourly)

Wage: $20 - $23 per hour

As a Full-Time Maintenance Custodian, your main responsibilities will include maintaining our facilities, groundskeeping, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our campus. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for students and staff.

Requirements for this role

To succeed, you should be self-motivated, proactive, organized, adaptable, and an effective communicator. Attention to detail and familiarity with OSHA safety regulations are essential. Proficiency with Google Suite, online timekeeping, and ticket tracking software is highly desirable. A high school diploma or GED, at least one year of maintenance or custodial experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license are required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of maintenance, handiwork, or custodial experience in commercial buildings
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree related to building trades or commercial maintenance
• CPR and First Aid certification
