Formación

• Current LVN license in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or registered nurse.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with medical procedures, including injections, wound care, and phlebotomy.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
