Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of LVN experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician's orders.
• Administer and manage medication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable.
• Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
