Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on shift including medication administration and documentation.
• Assist RN supervisor and oversee CNAs to maintain quality resident care.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and families; obtain consents and update care plans.
• Respond quickly and professionally to medical emergencies; perform IV therapy and related procedures.
• Support infection prevention duties as assigned.
