Charter Senior Living – Paducah, KY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the dayshift, 6am-6pm, to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our Assisted Living community. Must hold an active Kentucky LPN license and be able to work full-time.
You will participate in assessments, medication administration, care planning, and teamwork with care partners, while upholding our mission to enhance the human spirit and core values of service with heart and purpose.
