AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time LVN/LPN in the St. Paul/St. Anthony area. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, document progress, and administer prescribed medications while ensuring a safe environment for pediatric to geriatric patients.

The role requires a licensed LVN/LPN in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of LVN/LPN experience with the ability to travel to all locations. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation.
• At least 1 year LVN/LPN work experience.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver and able to travel to all business locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Document nursing progress and changes in medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Reassess patient nursing needs and report findings.
• Counsel and instruct patient and family on nursing needs.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes and timely documentation.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and coordinate services with home health team.
