Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Idaho State Correctional Institution in Kuna, ID. The LPN will provide holistic care to incarcerated patients in the Reception Diagnostic Unit and work under RNs and other medical staff to address a range of health needs.

The position requires Idaho LPN licensure or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Idaho LPN license (or ability to obtain one)
• CPR certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check)

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients in the Reception Diagnostic Unit within the Idaho State Correctional Institution
• Work under supervision of RNs, medical and psychiatric staff to address physical and mental health needs
• Adhere to security and institutional policies while delivering nursing services
