Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents, including administering medications and wound care.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising staff.
- Assist with feeding, dressing and mobility for comfort and safety.
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff for cohesive care.
