Job description

Position: Full Time, Live Out, Showroom Manager

Location: Manhattan, New York

A luxury shop on the Upper East Side needs to hire a Showroom Manager to engage with customers, manage daily operations, and assist the owner with projects across three businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales across all three brands.
  2. Client Services: Guide clients through custom stationery orders, creating digital proofs (training provided).
  3. Operations & Organization: Keep the showroom pristine, manage inventory, and handle in-store transactions.
  4. Project Assistance: Work closely with the owner on various brand-related projects, from event prep to social media support.
  5. Brand Ambassador: Represent the brands with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

The ideal candidate must be a natural salesperson, organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning basic design software for stationery proofs (training will be provided). A team player, positive, stylish, and energetic, with a strong sense of initiative.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 hours, with a one-hour lunch break.

Salary: 60k - 100k depending on experience + commission. Immediate start.
