Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a dedicated married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students daily, fostering academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-like environment.

You will manage routines, supervise activities, and accompany students to Chapel while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
