Qualifications

• Experience handling beer, wine, and spirits sales is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet all state and local licensing or certification requirements related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Responsible Beverage Server certification, where required by state or local regulations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management, customer service, hospitality, or related leadership experience required.
• Managing financial performance, labor, inventory, merchandising, and operational execution.
• Previous knowledge and experience with sales of beer, wine and spirits is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions

Schedule:

• Requires open availability
• Requires at least one evening shift between Friday to Sunday
