Compass Group USA’s Eurest Cafes in The Woodlands, TX is hiring immediately for a full-time cook. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour and provides comprehensive benefits to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen experience required.
• Sauté line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining temperature and quality.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and stores or discards excess food.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, and ensures storage per standards.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
