Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still engaging in meaningful work. Although your primary interactions will occur virtually, you will have access to our outpatient office facility for in-person meetings, team collaboration, and resources as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate weekly individual counseling sessions, providing clients with a supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings while helping them navigate their treatment journeys.
• Lead group counseling sessions and educational workshops, creating opportunities for clients to engage with one another, share experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation within each client’s electronic health record, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular collaboration with primary therapists during clinical meetings to discuss treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Coordinate and liaise with external support services, referrals, and family members, providing a holistic support system for those within your caseload.
• Actively participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Commit to continued professional development through in-service training, supervision, and engagement with new therapeutic modalities as they emerge in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, is essential for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple caseloads effectively.
• Must possess strong self-direction and the ability to work independently without constant supervision while maintaining a committed focus on client welfare.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred, though not required.
• Prior involvement in quality assurance initiatives or clinical team improvement projects is a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth technology is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
