Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Portland, OR. The role involves providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes under supervision, with focus on monitoring status, medication administration, wound and catheter care, and patient education.

Requirements include graduation from an LVN/LPN program, active state license, CPR/BLS, and 1 year of experience in home health or med/surg. Competitive benefits and a Mon-Fri schedule are offered.

Pay range: $38-$42/hour, depending on experience

Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM.
