Mission Healthcare in Beaverton, OR is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN or physician supervision. You will monitor health, administer meds, perform wound and catheter care, and educate families on disease management and care plans.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Current state nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of home health or med/surg experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in home care or med/surg.
• Current state license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
