Day and Night Shifts Available

• Full-Time: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift)


• Full-Time hybrid role; (6) 11p-7a shifts & 3p - 11p/11p-7a shift


• Full-Time hybrid role; (5) 3p-11p shifts & (2) 7p-7a & (1) 11-7shift

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians


• Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders


• Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies


• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants


• Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed


• Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines


• Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care
