LAFON NURSING HOME UNITED STATES is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. • Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within scope of practice.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, wound care, specimen collection, and other routine clinical procedures.
• Support patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Educate patients and families on care instructions, health maintenance, and follow-up needs as directed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and elevate concerns when needed.

Qualifications
