Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and active state license required.
• BLS certification mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with documentation software.
• Ability to build relationships with patients and families; passion for PT.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust PT interventions based on progress and feedback.
