Synergy Care in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Full Time Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA to join our Independent, Assisted Living facility providing on-site occupational therapy services to residents. This role works with the care team to support residents’ daily living activities.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited OTA programs, with NBCOT certification and current eligibility for or holding a LA OT license; the position includes a strong benefits package and opportunities

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA and RD in our Thibodaux, LA location. This is an Independent, Assisted living facility that offers OP services to onsite residents.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
