Job summary

Northeast Arc in Danvers, MA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead the TLC ABA program for children up to age 6. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA services in a supportive, child-centered setting designed to build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with behavior therapists and families in center, home, and community settings.
• Participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
• Developing and monitoring individual goals and strategies, analyzing data to determine progress and attending IFSP and IEP meetings.
• Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM to 5pm

Target Salary: $90,000 Annual

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the individual's experience, education, and internal equity.

Sign-on Bonus

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 to be paid out over 12 months

Job Summary

The Learning Center (TLC) at Northeast Arc is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program serving young children through age 6, with autism and/or Down syndrome diagnoses. TLC provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a supportive, engaging, naturalistic, and child-centered environment, designed to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Personable, motivated, creative, dependable & ready to accomplish day-to-day challenges
• Experience working with children
• Strong creative problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable own personal transportation required.
• Ability to sit, squat, kneel, stand, and walk for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
