Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy at an assigned community. You will be a front-line sales professional delivering a world-class experience to residents and thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll convert leads through phone, online, and in-person interactions, deliver high-impact tours, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

The Full-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast paced, team-based environment.

Resident Experience

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

What You’ll Need

• The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
