The role involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

Key Duties Include

• Unloading trucks and following store processes to receive, open, and unpack merchandise.
• Stocking, rotating, and building merchandise displays while assisting in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assisting customers in locating products and providing exemplary customer service.
• Operating cash registers, handling transactions, collecting payments, and maintaining register area organization.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.
• Supporting store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, and monitoring cash levels.
• Monitoring security activities, such as observing cameras and ensuring adherence to cash control procedures.
• Performing miscellaneous duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety, while protecting assets.
