Job summary

The Motto by Hilton Bentonville is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to maintain the highest cleanliness standards for towels, sheets, and linens. You will work in a team-oriented hotel environment with a competitive wage and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include presorting linens, operating commercial washers/dryers, and folding linens to presentation standards while keeping storerooms organized. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do

• Linen Expert: Presort linens to locate stained or torn items to ensure we provide the best quality linens for our guests and keep track of discarded linens that do not meet our standard.
• Laundry Operations: Operate commercial washers and dryers skillfully to clean linens effectively and maintain their quality.
• Linen Folding and Presentation: Fold and arrange linens and towels in a neat and organized manner
• Storage Area and Maintenance: Keep storerooms and laundry areas organized and clean.

Skills Education And Experience

• Must have the ability to carefully inspect and sort linens, addressing stains and issues effectively.

• Comfortable operating washing and drying machines, ensuring proper linen care.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
