Job summary

North County Landscape Co. is seeking a Full Time Landscape Crew Member / Lead to perform bed maintenance and assist with enhancement projects. You will interact with property owners and managers, operate landscape equipment, and follow Crew Leads to uphold quality standards.

The role requires experience in landscape maintenance, a valid WA driver’s license, reliable transport, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. 18+ years old applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape bed maintenance such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up.
• Must have Valid Washington Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical outdoor work.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up.
• Assist with enhancement projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel installation, and seasonal landscape improvements.
• Interact professionally with property owners and managers.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and hand tools.
• Follow direction from Crew Leads while maintaining company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
