As we continue to grow, we are in need of additional general construction and concrete/paver professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement.
  • Setting up, aligning, and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour, ensuring accuracy in dimensions.
  • Assisting with the installation of rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.
  • Operating and maintaining concrete mixers, vibrators, power trowels, and other equipment as needed.
  • Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
  • Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues.
  • Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.
  • Collaborating with foremen and crew members to adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Aiding in remodeling projects.
  • Operating heavy equipment as needed.
  • Assisting in various building tasks.
  • Utilizing hand tools for construction purposes.
  • Supporting electrical work as required.
Qualifications:
  • Reliable, hard-working, willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to work in a team setting.
  • Experience in concrete finishing, masonry, and general construction.
  • Experience in remodeling projects.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus.
  • Familiarity with various building tasks.
  • Basic understanding of electrical work.

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
(1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and
(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Concrete/paver/masonry experience is preferred.
