Job summary

You will ensure proper water and chemical levels, help with banquet plate-ups, and support inventory and storeroom tasks. Candidates must have a valid U.S. driver's license and TB clearance, and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene for food processing areas and equipment.
• Keep back-of-house areas at the highest cleanliness level and follow cleaning schedules.
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels to ensure safe cleaning.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and buffet by transporting and stocking as needed.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as required.
• Verify proper use of cleaning chemicals and washing accessories; monitor storeroom stock.
