Job summary

Bon Appetit is hiring for a full-time dishwasher at Patrick Henry College, Purcellville, VA. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and surfaces in a sanitary condition within a busy kitchen. Qualifications

• Ability to maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware and maintains equipment according to procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe, sweeps and mops floors as needed.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
