Thompson Hospitality Corporation is hiring a Dishwasher for Velocity Bar + Kitchen in Purcellville, Virginia. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness of all dishes and kitchen equipment while supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous dishwashing experience and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. We value a strong work ethic and a dedication to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure cleanliness of dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its function.
• Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils.

Conocimientos

Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant

Ability to read and follow instructions

Certification in food safety and sanitation
