From a small marketplace booth in Rio in 1997, we have grown to over 100 stores across Brazil, with locations in the U.S. and Europe.

We are looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in Soho, NY, as our Full-Time Key Holder starting this May. We want to connect with someone who can be a strong brand ambassador, sharing our values and energizing our products.

What we’re looking for:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Interest in fashion and/or arts
• Ability to engage with clients and create a WOW experience
• A true brand ambassador

You’ll be responsible for:

• Safely opening and closing the store
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting the team
• Overseeing daily store operations
• Handling returns and sensitive customer issues
• Maintaining store visuals and standards
• Organizing the stock room with the selling team
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing daily feedback
• Working with store systems
• Delivering outstanding styling sessions and establishing community loyalty

Compensation: $26/hr, paid biweekly, plus monthly team commission based on store performance.
