Chubbies Shorts in Charleston, SC is seeking upbeat retail teammates who love talking to people and turning a quick shopping trip into an experience customers can’t stop talking about. If you greet strangers warmly, stay busy, and jump in wherever needed, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll create legendary customer experiences, help shoppers find products they’ll love, build authentic relationships, and keep the store looking great.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Outstanding communication and people skills

A Few Things to Know

Retail doesn't stop on weekends - and neither do we.

This role requires:

Weekend availability based on business needs

Availability during Black Friday and the holiday season

Physical Requirements

This is an active role.

You’ll regularly:

• Stand and walk for 6-8 hour shifts
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to stock and merchandise products
