Chubbies is hiring a lively Retail Customer Advocate in Allen, TX. You’ll greet shoppers, help them find products, and turn visits into memorable experiences that reflect The Weekend mindset.

Create Legendary Customer Experiences

Every person who walks through our doors should leave smiling.

You’ll:

Know Your Stuff

• Become the go-to expert on everything Chubbies.
• You’ll stay up to date on new product launches, understand our collections, and confidently help customers find the perfect fit, style, or gift.

Keep the Store Looking Awesome

A great shopping experience starts with a great-looking store.

You’ll help:

• Support new product launches
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for business

A Few Things to Know

Retail doesn't stop on weekends—and neither do we.

This role requires:

• Weekend availability based on business needs
• Availability during Black Friday and the holiday season

Physical Requirements

This is an active role.

You’ll regularly:

• Stand and walk for 6-8 hour shifts
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to stock and merchandise products
